Our standard service is 24–48 hours. We pick up your laundry, wash, dry, and fold it, then return it to you within 24–48 hours of pickup. For most bookings, that means same-day or next-day return.

We operate 8am–8pm, 7 days a week. You'll choose your preferred pickup window when you book online via our Calendly scheduler — flexible 30-minute slots available throughout the day.

Our recurring booking locks in a regular weekly or fortnightly pickup slot. You get priority scheduling, your laundry is handled like clockwork, and there's no rebooking required each time. Perfect for busy families.

Not at all! Many of our clients leave their laundry in a secure, pre-arranged spot — like a porch, letterbox area, or garage. Just add your preferred pickup and drop-off instructions when you book and we'll take care of the rest.

Yes — a minimum of $60.00 in items (excluding the delivery fee) is required per booking. This works out to approximately 12kg of washing, or a combination of washing and ironing items.

No — the $12 pick-up and delivery fee is additional to the $60 minimum. So a minimum booking is $72 total ($60 in laundry items + $12 delivery).

We accept credit/debit cards via secure online invoice and bank transfer. Recurring customers can automate payments for convenience — no chasing invoices every week.

No — we don't offer dry cleaning. We specialise in wash, dry & fold, ironing, stain treatment, handwashing of delicates, doona washing, and pet-fur removal.

We use high-quality, eco-friendly detergents suitable for most fabric types. If you have allergies or prefer a specific product, mention it in your booking notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes — stain treatment is available as an add-on for $12.00 flat. While we apply professional stain treatment products, we cannot guarantee complete removal of set or permanent stains.

Yes — handwashing for delicates is available at $4.50 per item. Mark your delicate items separately and include a note when booking so we treat them with extra care.

Yes! Doona and blanket washing is a popular add-on — especially before winter. Prices start at $25.00 for single/double and $37.00 for queen/king sizes.

Yes — ironing is one of our most popular services. Prices start at $3.50/item for t-shirts, shorts, and trousers; $4.50 for business shirts and blouses; $9.00 for complex garments; and $8–$15 for bedsheets depending on size.

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel via the link in your booking confirmation email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a re-wash or a refund where appropriate.
